A REEF kitchen is a purpose-built commercial kitchen created by REEF. They prepare food ordered online for delivery and pick-up. Each kitchen can prepare food for an average of 3-5 restaurant brands. REEF kitchens are fully outfitted, staffed, and managed by REEF.
